Wild encounters

I’m glad you found your way here. Welcome to my world.

I'm Miri, a biologist and wildlife photographer with a passion for capturing candid moments in nature. For years, I've been drawn to the forests, wetlands, and coastal landscapes of Schleswig-Holstein – and since 2023, I've been exploring them with my camera, too.

With patience, respect, and a deep connection to nature, I capture quiet encounters and authentic moments – from the subtle power of a wild animal right on our doorstep. My photographs are born out of inspiration, right in the heart of the animals' natural lives. Join me on a journey through my perspective and discover the wildlife of Northern Germany from a new angle.
